View journey drop-offs

The Journey Drop offs tab provides analysis of user abandonment patterns within your customer journeys. This view helps you identify where users exit the verification process before completion and understand factors that may contribute to user abandonment.

Shows the total number of journey executions where users started verification but abandoned the process before reaching a final decision.

This section tracks abandonment patterns across different time periods.

Drop offs by journey name

This section provides a horizontal bar chart showing relative drop-off volumes for each journey.

Last step before drop off

This donut chart identifies the specific verification steps where users most commonly abandon the process.

Last variant executed before drop off

This bar chart tracks which module variants were being processed when users abandoned their verification attempts.

This section shows an analysis that combines drop-off data for each journey with abandonment patterns for each variant.
