GBG GO is an identity verification platform that helps businesses verify customer identities, prevent fraud, and meet regulations. The platform includes a for designing , and supports two delivery methods:
  • API-first integration for teams building custom frontends.
  • Hosted journeys for platform-managed verification screens that require no frontend development.

Journey builder

Create customer journeys that define the steps and rules for processing verification workflows. Journeys consist of modules that handle specific tasks such as identity verification, fraud detection, and compliance screening. You can also choose from available to get started quickly.

Interactions

GBG GO uses an interaction-based model for data collection. The platform generates interactions based on the domain elements your journey modules require. Each interaction defines the data fields an end user must provide, such as personal details, contact information, or document uploads. Interactions appear as nodes in the journey flow and drive both the API-first and hosted journey experiences.

Hosted journeys

Hosted journeys let the GBG GO platform manage the end-user verification experience. The platform generates and hosts the verification screens based on your journey configuration. Your server makes a single API call to start the journey and receives an instance URL to redirect end users to, with no custom frontend required.

API-first integration

For teams that need full control over the end-user experience, the API-first method lets you build your own frontend and use the GBG GO APIs to start journeys, fetch interactions, submit verification data, and retrieve results.
