The GBG GO platform lets you access a sub-organisation account to provide support. To access a sub-organisation account:
  1. On the main dashboard, click Sub-organisations.
  2. Click the Actions list next to the sub-organisation you want to access.
  3. Click Access account.
You are redirected to the sub-organisation account, where you can see its shared journeys. A banner confirms which account you are viewing, for example, You are viewing Company OrgChildTestQA. When you finish, click Back to Organisations to return to your partner account.
