If your organisation belongs to a partner organisation, then you can choose whether that partner can access your account to help you. You might allow this so that your partner can assist you with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. You control this yourself, and you can also choose which parts of the platform your partner can reach. You can withdraw permission at any time, but it limits how much your partner can help with issues that arise.
Partner assistance is separate from GBG assistance. Allowing one doesn’t allow the other.

Allow your partner to access your account

To configure partner assistance settings:
  1. In GBG Go, click Settings.
  2. Click the Partner Assistance tab.
  3. Select the Allow Partner assistance checkbox.
  4. Under Access to, select the areas your partner can access:
    • Journey builder
    • Investigation portal
  5. Save your changes.
Your partner can now access your account from their own account. For the steps they follow, see Access sub-organisation accounts.

What your partner can access

The Access to checkboxes control where your partner can go once they’re in your account: Clear a checkbox to keep your partner out of that area. Clear the Allow Partner assistance checkbox to stop partner access altogether.
Navigate to the Audit log section on your left sidebar to see when your partner accesses your account, as well as all records of their activities.
