This guide walks you through creating a new hosted journey in the GBG GO Journey builder.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure that:
  • You have a GBG GO account.
  • The necessary modules and variants are enabled in your contract.

Create a hosted journey

  1. Log in to the GBG GO dashboard.
  2. Click on the Create a new journey list.
  3. Select API + hosted (latest). This opens the Journey builder, which allows you to design hosted journey workflows.
  4. Click the edit icon on the journey name at the top of the editor and enter a meaningful name, for example, “KYC Verification - New Customers”.
  5. Click outside the name field to save it.
Your hosted journey is now created and ready for you to add modules.
