Access Your Account
To access your GBG®GO account, click the GBG GO Portal URL, and log in to your account.
The Library of Customer Journeys page opens by default.
The menu pane on the left enables you to perform administrative tasks in the GBG GO system.
The menu pane to the right enables you to create your first form. After you create a form, this pane displays a menu of options for customizing your form (customer Journey). The main pane displays and provides access to each Journey that you create.
Reset Your Password
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login screen.
On the login screen, click Forgot Password.
The Password Reset screen opens.
In the E-mail address field, type the email address associated with your account, and then click Reset My Password.
Check your email account for an email titled "Password Reset". In case you don't see the email in your inbox, check spam.
Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
