# Link journeys to sub-organisations

> Link a published journey to a sub-organisation in GBG GO so it is immediately available to run, and unlink journeys you no longer want to share.

The GBG GO platform lets you link journeys to your sub-organisations. When you publish a journey, it becomes available to your sub-organisations through journey pushdown, so you do not need to copy it into each one.

<Note>A linked journey is read-only for the sub-organisation. The sub-organisation runs the journey through a reference to it, and cannot edit or unlink it. Only you, as the partner, can manage the journey.</Note>

To link a journey to a sub-organisation:

1. On the main dashboard, click **Sub-organisations**.
2. Click the **Actions** list next to the sub-organisation you want to link a journey to.
3. Click **Assign journeys**. The journeys page opens and lists all your created and published journeys. The list shows the following details:
   * **Journey Name**: The journey name.
   * **ID**: The journey ID.
   * **Status**: Whether the journey is **Linked** or **Unlinked** for this sub-organisation.
4. Click the **Actions** list next to an unlinked journey, then click **Link journey**. A confirmation window opens.
5. Click **Link journey** to confirm. A success message appears at the top of the screen, for example, **Journey linked — 4 resources: 4 created**.

The journey is now linked to the sub-organisation and is immediately available to run.

<Info>The success message reports more than one resource because linking a journey also links the resources it needs to run. This inlcudes its flow and its preview and production deliveries. </Info>

## Unlink a journey

To stop sharing a journey with a sub-organisation, follow the same steps, but click **Unlink journey** instead of **Link journey**.
