# Access sub-organisation accounts

> Access a sub-organisation account from your partner account in GBG GO to view its shared journeys and provide support.

The GBG GO platform lets you access a sub-organisation account to provide support.

To access a sub-organisation account:

1. On the main dashboard, click **Sub-organisations**.
2. Click the **Actions** list next to the sub-organisation you want to access.
3. Click **Access account**.

You are redirected to the sub-organisation account, where you can see its shared journeys. A banner confirms which account you are viewing, for example, **You are viewing Company OrgChildTestQA**.

When you finish, click **Back to Organisations** to return to your partner account.
