# Set GBG assistance period

> Allow or restrict GBG staff access to your account for setup, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance.

In the Settings, you can configure whether GBG is allowed to access your accounts. You might allow this so that GBG can assist you with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. You can withdraw permission at any time, but it will limit how much GBG staff are able to address issues that might arise.

To configure GBG assistance settings:

1. In GBG GO, click **Settings**.
2. To allow GBG to access your accounts, select the **Allow GBG Assistance** checkbox.
3. In Assistance period, select how long to allow GBG assistance. Your choices are:
   * **7 days**
   * **Until manually disabled**

<Tip>Navigate to the **Audit log** section on your left sidebar to see when a GBG customer support agent accesses your account, as well as all records of their activities.</Tip>
