# View licences

> View the licences assigned to your organization or department in GBG GO to check available features and seat counts.

In GBG GO, users with account management access can view the licences that have been assigned to their organization. These licences determine the available features and number of seats for the GBG GO platform.

  All licences are assigned by the GBG internal team based on the customer’s contract. If you have questions about available licences, contact your GBG account representative.

## View licences

This option shows a list of all licences assigned to your organization or department.

1. In GBG GO, click **Account management**.
   The Account management portal opens in a new tab. Log in using your GBG GO credentials.
2. Click **Licences**.
   A list of licences assigned to your organization or department is displayed.

  Roles can be assigned to each created department. To learn more, refer to [Departments](/docs/go-v1/platform/account-management/departments).

## View licence details

This option displays details about a licence assigned to your organization.

1. In GBG GO, click **Account management**.
   The Account management portal opens in a new tab.
2. Click **Licences**.
   A list of licences assigned to your organization is displayed.
3. Click the licence for which you wish to view details.
   The following fields are displayed:
   * **Restrict seats** - Whether licence seats are restricted or not
   * **Billing ID** - Licence billing ID
   * **Used Seats** - Number of licence seats currently in use.
   * Name of the role associated with the licence. For example, Customer Administrator.

## Remove department licences

To assign or remove licences for a department:

1. In **GBG GO**, click **Account management**. The Account management portal opens in a new tab.
2. Click **Departments**.
3. Click the name of the department you want to manage.
4. Click the **Licences** tab.
5. Click the horizontal three-dot icon next to a licence.
6. Click **Remove**.
7. On the confirmation prompt, click **Remove**.
